Postage + Delivery

 All orders are sent via Australia Post ‘Registered’ postal service and your will have to sign for your parcel on delivery for your protection.

$8 Flat-Rate per order, for Registered Post Shipping with Australia Post.

Spend over $125 and you’ll get free shipping within Australia – Registered Post with Australia Post.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days delivery to major capital cities and 5- 7 business days in regional areas.

We are committed to providing our customers with 100% discreet delivery at all times. Your parcel will arrive in plain packaging of either an Australia Post bag or for bigger items, in a plain brown box with no description or reference to the contents.

Credit Card purchases will show on your statement as a debit from ”Shavas Trading” with no reference to Shipping & Returns or adult products.

If we do need to contact you we will only speak to, or e-mail, the person who placed the order, we will not discuss the details of the order with any other person.

We like to keep you up to date on where your parcel is so you will get a shipment by email from us on the day of shipment- keep an eye out for this email, as it has the Australia Post eParcel Registered Post tracking link in it, which when clicked will take you to the Australia Post website with tracking data shown for your parcel. In addition to this we have our system setup to email you directly from Australia Post with any movements of your parcel within the Australia Post network.

At this point in time we only offer Australian wide delivery, however you are welcome to send through an enquiry for overseas location and address, our team will endeavor to get you the best possible price for shipping.

Australia post will deliver the parcel to your nominated address. If your not home when it arrives, they will leave a card notifying you of the missed delivery with instructions you need to follow. Australia Post will take your parcel back to your local Australia Post Office. You will then need to go and pick up your parcel from the Post Office. Ensure to take photo ID, and something with your name and address on it. A driver’s license is best. If you do not pick up the item within the time frame stated on the Australia Post, then the package will be sent back to our warehouse. You will then be liable for the cost for reposting of the Item(s).

If you are unable to find the parcel in tracking, or something else has happened, then please contact our support team using our contact us page. Please quote your order number within this email.

If a parcel has been sent but it has not been received we will investigate for you. If you entered an incorrect address and the parcel has not be received and has not been returned to us by Australia Post we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in situations like this. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and correct address details for delivery. We encourage all customers to double check the shipping address on the checkout page, prior to placing the order. We also encourage customers to check again in the delivery email which is sent after placing the order.

If the parcel has been dispatched and the correct address has been supplied then we will either resend the goods again (after a 21 day waiting period – which is enough time for Australia Post to return the goods to us) or refund the order.
